By noon, I still did not have it, and contacted him again, and was told he would have to let this one go, because he was out of office and wouldn't get back until later. I gave multiple opportunities for him to get us a quote, but tired of companies like this making promises and not keeping their word. If he would do this on a quote, what would the work be like? I just needed a quote, and they had 5 days to get me one. Keeping your word to the customer is important."

Removed existing shower, garden tub, flooring, and two vanities, relocated plumbing and electrical, widened entry doorway. Installed new tiled walk in shower, new vinyl flooring, built new linen closet with bifold doors, installed new LED lighting. Jason and Tony were very receptive to our input and had quick solutions for a couple of unexpected issues. The job took a bit longer than expected to complete, but it was well worth the wait.
