A Plumber began serving Decatur, Alabama in 2007 with a single service truck and now covers most of North Alabama with six trucks between Residential and Commercial. We are a full service plumbing company offering plumbing and drainage services, appliance installation and more for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. All of our technicians are experienced, licensed, and highly trained. Really happy with these guys. Every time I call, someone answers and they are very responsive. I have used them a few times now and so far, everyone who has been out to our house has been very professional and seen the job through to total resolution.

We asked A Plumber to come out and give us an estimate on a difficult plumbing problem caused by improper installation when our home was built. Brian came out the same day and gave us a very fair estimate, considerably less in cost and less troublesome than another plumber had discussed with us. He was able to return the next day for the repair work and did a great job!! All of the staff, from office and scheduling to plumbing, are wonderful to work with! Benard and Greg are the consument professionals.  Removed and installed two new toilets on second level. They were very respectful of the surroundings and completed the job out without any collateral damage.  They took away the old units and all shipping and packing materials. When they finished the job, you would never know they were here!   I have used A Plumber, Inc in the past and would call on them again for service without hesistation.

I have used A Plumber on many occasions for everything from toilet and garbage disposal repair to hot water heater and toilet installations. Alex is very professional, and he is always on time. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a plumber. I have been a customer for approximately 4 years, and will always call them when I need a plumber.

The technician showed up within an hour of me calling and was finished with all the pipes within a few hours. A few holes had to be cut into my walls, but that was expected and he did his best to minimized the visible damage by going through the back of my kitchen cabinets. The third broken pipe was not apparent at first (it still hadn't unfrozen when he first arrived) so he had to stay longer after he thought he was done to fix that one as well. He also explained why my pipes froze (the remodelers put the insulation on the wrong side of the pipes) and gave me tips to prevent this kind of damage in the future. The technician was kind and courteous throughout the job and stayed to answer my questions even though he had other jobs to get to. I have used A Plumber previously and they are good about cleaning up after their work.
