A Plumber began serving Decatur, Alabama in 2007 with a single service truck and now covers most of North Alabama with six trucks between Residential and Commercial. We are a full service plumbing company offering plumbing and drainage services, appliance installation and more for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. All of our technicians are experienced, licensed, and highly trained. With upfront flat rate prices and fantastic customer service, you won’t find a more dedicated plumbing company in all of Alabama.

"[member name removed], Even though we were unable to provide you service, we are very sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with our company. When you called our office at 3:30 pm yesterday, we explained to you that we were still catching service calls and would not be able to make it to your house that afternoon. Unfortunately due to the icy road conditions last week we had to reschedule our Thursday and Friday calls to Monday and Tuesday. That has put us behind for this week. We tried to schedule your call for today, but you were very adamant that you needed service right then and that you would find someone else. Our company does provide 24/7 EMERGENCY Service. If your home had been flooding, or a number of other emergency type situations we would have happily come out and at the very least returned you to a non-emergency state. However, considering the following facts we did not consider your specific call as an emergency situation: 1) We had been contacted by you six hours previous, and you informed us at that point that you had attempted a repair, it had not been successful, and your water was shut off. 2) We had informed you that our technicians were already fully scheduled, and that we did not have anyone available for the rest of the day. 3) We had given you the opportunity to be placed on our schedule the morning of the following day, and you had very clearly informed us that you would not wait for service and would find another company. When our emergency technician spoke with you at 9:30 pm, your water was still off and not causing any damages, so was therefore not deemed an emergency. A Plumber works very hard to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. We believe in excellent customer service, whether we are able to provide service or not. We truly feel we made every attempt to clearly inform you of our scheduling situation, and give you the options that were available. We are sorry that we were not able to satisfy you."
