"If you’re home needs repairs, painting or refurbishing and you want a professional contractor to complete your project, then look no further than C & M Professional Painters LLC. For my job, I was seeking a contractor that could perform all exterior and interior home refurbishing. After receiving a fair project quote from Manuel Féria, the owner of C&M, we quickly reached a firm fixed price (FP) contract for all materials and labor required to complete the job and agreed upon a one (1) week start date to commence the project. The project involved both exterior and interior phases. The exterior phase included: 1) the cleaning of all exterior walls, windows, and the roof and gutters, 2) carpentry repair work to replace all damaged wood and trim, 3) the rehanging of the gutters following trim replacement, 4) exterior repair of the chimney, 5) the painting of all exterior surfaces including the metal railings, and 6) the deck repair and final staining. The interior phase included: 1) the repair of drywall cracks, 2) the painting of walls, ceilings, and trim, and 3) the interior staining of newly installed windows. The refurbishing project was completed in two (2) weeks for the agreed upon fixed price. All work was performed by skilled professionals that arrived on time daily, completed their work and cleaned up at the end of each day for the interior phase. All exterior repairs were completed using quality materials done by expert carpenters. The interior and exterior painting was performed with true craftsmanship employing attention to details. I can honestly say that C&M outperformed my expectations for the entire project. The house is now refurbished inside and out and looks truly great, I would definitely recommend C&M to anyone needing home repairs/painting and plan to use them again for future work. "Superior attention to detail; meticulous work; drop cloths used; professional crew. After being ripped off by another painter, so-called, B&B stepped in and gave us a quality paint job; I will use them to do our deck. "I hired TruSouth Mobile Media Blasting, LLC through Angi to restore my 30 year old porch rocking chairs. I had previously tried to have these chairs sand blasted in another area and couldn't find anyone that would take the job. The owner, Anthony is very professional and listened to what I wanted to accomplish with the restoration project. He took an interest in the project, not just trying to complete it and move on. As a result, the chairs turned out beautifully. I even think they look better than when I purchased them. It was a pleasure working with Anthony. "Ken Pope was able to do minor repairs needed e.g. replacing several steps and screwing down loose steps where needed. Also some needed caulking which I had not discovered. Finally he moved all the "stuff" off the deck which would have been difficult for us, age-challanged- as we are. The next day he came back and was able to put back heavy items."
