Unfortunately, an accident occurred when moving the piano out of the seller's house, leaving some gashes in the wood along the front of the piano. I was not there and the seller did not see what happened, so have no idea why the damage occurred. The company was most gracious in giving me a reduced moving fee for the damage. This should help in covering costs to try to hide the wood damage."
