After receiving a fair project quote from Manuel Féria, the owner of C&M, we quickly reached a firm fixed price (FP) contract for all materials and labor required to complete the job and agreed upon a one (1) week start date to commence the project. The project involved both exterior and interior phases. The exterior phase included: 1) the cleaning of all exterior walls, windows, and the roof and gutters, 2) carpentry repair work to replace all damaged wood and trim, 3) the rehanging of the gutters following trim replacement, 4) exterior repair of the chimney, 5) the painting of all exterior surfaces including the metal railings, and 6) the deck repair and final staining. The interior phase included: 1) the repair of drywall cracks, 2) the painting of walls, ceilings, and trim, and 3) the interior staining of newly installed windows. The refurbishing project was completed in two (2) weeks for the agreed upon fixed price. All work was performed by skilled professionals that arrived on time daily, completed their work and cleaned up at the end of each day for the interior phase. All exterior repairs were completed using quality materials done by expert carpenters. The interior and exterior painting was performed with true craftsmanship employing attention to details. I can honestly say that C&M outperformed my expectations for the entire project. The house is now refurbished inside and out and looks truly great, I would definitely recommend C&M to anyone needing home repairs/painting and plan to use them again for future work. "This company did an amazing job on our kitchen!! The walls were in pretty rough shape & had paneling over sheetrock & several layers of wallpaper over that! We removed some of it before we hired this company but they did alot of prep work to prepare the walls for painting. It all turned out wonderful!! They were very personable, listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, and helped us decide what would look best! We set an appointment for them to start after finishing another job which they were working on. The date to start had to be delayed one week but they were very prompt & courteous about working that out with us! They got it all done in 2 days which was wonderful!!! They also did a great job cleaning everything up when they were done, didn't leave any mess for us to have to clean up!! That meant alot to me!!
