I was so pleased with how responsive Nick was to my needs. His crew was polite and professional, even working through the holidays and a snowstorm. Thanks to their skill and expert craftsmanship, my bathroom looks like one in a luxurious hotel!

My sunroom completed nicely; but, it took 5 months longer than originally estimate date (one of the factor is custom/special order of materials). However, I have to give them a 5/5 rating on the workmanships. And the 5/5 rating on customer services. I will hire them again for the next project; but, need carefully address the project completion date.

The only reason that I am not giving a five star rating is that the project took twice the time that was originally estimated. ACR did everything possible to ensure a professional result. They adjusted to meet our requirements on several occasions. We are very pleased with the final results and our new sun room. Thank you.

The work was started promptly and finished on schedule. The area under the deck was cleaned. The remnants of the old deck and other trash were removed and hauled away by the company. The workers were courteous and considerate. Messages and emails were answered quickly and effectively. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

We have hired AC&R for two jobs. The first was converting our garage into a bonus room. We had a tight schedule, but they met it with no problems. Our second job was to frame our leaking chimney, seal it and wrap it in vinyl. They finished the job in a day and it looks great. We have several more projects planned and I look forward to working with them.

The team did a great job. They quickly replaced my roof and did a awesome job. They did a great job on clean up after the job and left a minimal amount debris and stray nails

We used them for two jobs. The first was converting our garage into an extra room. We had a tight schedule, but they finished the job on time. The second job was our leaking chimney. They built a frame around the chimney, sealed it, and wrapped in vinyl. We have several more projects planned and will be calling them!

The porch was initially covered by a pergola that had rotten wood. Nick tore down the pergola and built a Sunroom on the slab. The work was professionally done. Nick was good in ensuring everything was completed to my satisfaction. He was flexible in accommodating changes and in checking on the sub-contractors to ensure they did a good job. The Sunroom looks as if it was part of the original construction. My wife is very pleased with the outcome-happy wife, happy life.

Fantastic. Excellent communication, work, and ensured I was happy with the job they did. First roofers I have ever seen dig through the bushes to get nails and other debris out during and after the job to ensure they left the property as it was when they got there.

The people that work for American roofing are very knowledgeable and polite they DO pay attention to detail I highly recommend them thank you for the new roof.

Excellent job! Doing a roof over can be difficult with changing weather. Weather forced a delay (as it should have) and Nick kept us up to date every step of the way. When weather allowed the old roof to be removed, the team was prompt and worked straight through. 100% of the debris was picked up - like the reroof never happened. We could not be more pleased with how we were treated. Thank you!

They installed over my existing hardwood floors. Laminate planks started to separate in master bedroom and hallway. They came and looked at the issue and told me they would fix the separation issues. They came a few days later and ripped up the laminate floor planks in the bedroom and hall. After taking up the floor, they said they could not fix the issues and left my floor torn apart. After 1 week of trying to find out when they would be back to fix the floor and getting one excuse after another for not coming back quickly when they said they would be here, they said they would not be back after all and that I was on my own. Very unprofessional to tear up a customers floor and leave it in that condition and then not fix it back or work with the customer to come to a resolution. Will not recommend them nor use them again!

The crew did a great job replacing my old deck. I appreciated the design ideas. The guys were hard working and nice to me and my dogs!

We originally had a very small shower (3 ft square) and was not using our tub. We had ACR turn the shower into a closet, and convert the tub to a walk-in shower. The job was professionally done and looks great. Nick came up with several ideas to make the project work for us. My only gripe was that it took a bit longer than the quoted 2 weeks.
