First, we had to wait for all of the insurance stuff to be taken care of, and that is why it has taken so long. When he told us everything that was involved, we were looking at water damage, a damaged floor, and walls that had to be replaced. There was a lot of mold that had collected in the process of the leak, and he just brought all of that to our attention. He was right on time. If he said that he was coming out to meet with us, he was there. The guy that owns the company is the one that we were in contact with, and he has been doing this for a while, and he was very professional about it."
