"First of all they came when they said they would each day and was on time. Bath and vanity area had not been changed since the house was purchased in 1975. They took out the bathtub replaced it with a shower 3 side wall and ceiling  with bench seat, grab bar and wand replace all plumbing fixtures and glass shower doors. Laid ceramic tile in bathroom and vanity area. In vanity area installed new linen closet and vanity with marble top counter replace all the plumbing fixtures here as well. For both rooms installed new sub-floor prior to laying tile."

"I had a mold and water issue under my 2,700 SqFt ranch home found by an HVAC contractor. I had both AFS and Crawlspace Dr provide quotes for identical repair and remediation.
