They were very helpful in picking a stain color for my steps (oak versus the new Brazilian Cherry we were installing in the rest of the house).  They chose a color that matched very well.  They made sure to put the finish coats on so that they would mostly dry before we got home.  We love the new floors and will work with Wood Bros. again when we install more wood.  To sum it up they were prompt, professional, hardworking, courteous, helpful, and considerate of the family needs.  They are a great flooring contractor!
