"I was looking for a perfectionist. I knew no one in the business. I knew no one to call on for a referral. I went online and found three businesses that would clean my 12x17 rug. I contacted all three this provider Julian contacted me within a matter of hours the other two never did. And now after I have seen his work, I would recommend Julian to anyone with any rug of high quality and expense. I will trust him with a $5,000 Arabian rugs"

"

Chris did a FANTASTIC job on my truck.  He detailed every aspect of the vehicle.  Plus he made a special trip to Tucson from Apache Junction just to accommodate my schedule.  I was his only Tucson customer that day.  I could not ask for anything more or better than Chris did.  He was a true professional and worked very hard to make my truck look like it just came off the showroom floor.  I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for auto detailing.  And he came to my house, which was even better.

Thanks a million, Chris.

"Andy has done quite a lot for me at my home. On this occasion he came in and took out sink/vanities in both my bathrooms complete with facets and put in new. He painted both bathrooms. He installed two new cabinets above my toilets for more storage, and installed two mirrored cabinets above the vanities. I never felt that I needed to keep on him. He worked the whole time he was here and did an excellent job. I have had him here to my home several times for inside & outside work. I foresee him coming back in the very near future."

"I contacted the company because I had gotten a recomendation that they do very good work. I need to have hard wood floors repaired or replaced - am trying too get good recommendations on what to do with it. The first time that I called, they took my number, said they would get back to me but did not. The second time that I called, the person that I talked with (sorry, but not good at remembering names) - as I understood it - said they would contact me in a few days when they planned to be in the area (passing through) but I didn't hear from them. The third time that I contacted them, they told me the town that I lived in ;wasn't in the range/area that they worked in (can't remember the exact comments but basically a bit far to travel). I certainly understand this. But, it would have been helpful if someone told me this on the first contact. My time is valuable as I know their time is as well - I certainly wouldn't have tried multiple times.

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Most DIY floor cleaners don’t require rinsing, but you’ll want to make sure you don’t add too much dish soap or oil to the cleaner to avoid having to rinse it after cleaning. For non-wood floors, mix 8 parts warm water, 1 part vinegar, and 1 part baking soda with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, use olive oil in that same mixture instead of the vinegar. You can let these solutions air-dry after cleaning your floors with them, although you should manually dry your floors if they aren’t waterproof.

Wood floors should be polished every two to four months to maintain a shine and to keep them protected from daily wear and tear. More frequent maintenance includes dry mopping the floors daily and cleaning spills immediately, using a spray mop and cleaner weekly to remove any built up dirt or grime, and sanding and refinishing the floors every three to five years.

If you have waxed floors or floors with a penetrating stain or oil, you can shine them up with some more wax and a cloth or floor buffer. After cleaning the floor thoroughly, apply wax to the floor in small sections and use a clean, dry cloth or towel to buff it until it shines. You can also use an electric polisher, which is especially handy for large floors.

Post-construction cleaning services typically include debris removal, dusting, vacuuming, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, window cleaning, and floor polishing. Depending on the scope, services may also extend to duct cleaning and general interior cleaning.

Yes, vinegar and water can strip wax. For a DIY wax stripper, mix about a quarter cup of vinegar with one gallon of warm water. You can also mix one cup of cream of tartar, one cup of white vinegar, and one gallon of water. Before using it on a large area of the floor, you should test it in an inconspicuous place to make sure it works like you want it to.
