"These guys are very responsive when they are trying to sell you something. However, I have had two different projects done with them and I am experiencing problems with the work. I've called twice in the last 10 days to get someone to repair shoddy work and can't even get their service people to set up an appointment or even return calls. As a business owner myself, I don't usually make bad reviews, but this is ridiculous!"

"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. As the washer was 6+ years old and there were holiday sales I opted to purchase a new unit. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Neli. All instances have been very productive and positive."

Once the job started, the crews worked with great diligence, and despite the numerous difficulties they encountered, I never heard a single complaint. Total work time was 14 days over a three-week period that include Independence Day. Total cost was about $40k"
