I met them at the house where the plumber quickly determined the problem was a hair clog and he unclogged two shower drains in about 45 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and made sure that the drains were running clear. While trying to open one of the drains the cover was broken, he tried to replace it, but determined that the age of the fixture was too old for what he had on had. He told me he would have to special order a new drain cover. He recommended that I instead visit a home improvement store where i could purchase a generic cover for $1-$2, a much cheaper alternative.
