I've called twice in the last 10 days to get someone to repair shoddy work and can't even get their service people to set up an appointment or even return calls. As a business owner myself, I don't usually make bad reviews, but this is ridiculous!"

Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot.
