"Making an inspection appointment was very easy, and the inspection happened quickly. I was not prepared for the information about maintenance needs for metal roofing. Nobody tells you metal roofing requires maintenance when they sell it to you. So all the photos and information was vitally important. With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap. It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now. Local businesses are always the best way to go. They know the weather for the area, and how to keep your roof operational for many years. Highly recommend this company. They are our go-to for all things roof related."

"They were on time for the estimate and on time for the work that was performed. They removed my old shingles, tar paper, and vents and replaced them with new underlayment and GAF Timberline Shingles with new vents. The workers were efficient, knew what they were doing, worked extremely hard and long and did a great job. The project manager was on site much of the time and ready to answer any questions or respond to concerns. The new roof replaces one installed 19 years ago and the quality of the new roof greatly exceeds that of the previous roof. They cleaned up after they finished and did not destroy any flowers, shrubs, or plants. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"Excellent experience, did exactly what he said, came back four different times to fix my roof and get it right, I will use him for a new roof in a two years."

"Wonderful. Outstanding job. Worked late on roof to repair. Quoted a price but in the end cost less. Very satisfied."

"So after having couple of roofers come out and just telling me they want to rip my roof off and charge me crazy amounts of money. "All around great service, very professional and straight forward experience. From evaluation of roof condition and or damage, to working with the insurance adjuster to help determine replacement over repair options, Dunlop Roofing was top notch and did a wonderful job installing my new roof in just one day. An awesome company that I fell comfortable recommending."

"When choosing the color for the roof, I was having trouble with a meeting time and Justin gave me the website to check them.  When they came, they were there at the time promised, with a full crew.  They covered my flower beds and the yard near the house to catch the debris from the old roof.  When they were finished the next day, they cleaned everything up, put things such as landscape lights very near where they belonged and except for a tire mark in a really difficult place to back a trailer left nothing to mark their time here except my new roof.  (And Justin came back and fixed the tire mark!)
