We needed some roofing repairs due to leaks. Arkbow Roofing was the only roofing company that wanted to do repairs. Steve Jacks and his workers showed up on time even in the rain. We were very pleased with the work they did. They were efficient and got right to it. We would definitely recommend Arkbow Roofing and give them an A+ rating. Great attitude too.

Great Company to work with. Their Insurance consultant is excellent dealing with insurance claims. They are fast at responding to your calls and concerns. They are timely and are very experienced at what they do. Their prices are very in line and their work is excellent. The owner, Steven Jack, keeps you informed of the jobs progress. I would highly recommend this company. I was so satisfied with there quality of work I’m having them do additional work on my house.

Steven, the owner was great to work with. He responded to all concerns about how and when I wanted the roof replaced. His bid included the best materials and was by far the best of three bids I received. The contract and warranty are detailed, covering all customer concerns. My whole experience with Arkbow Roofing was excellent. Arkbow has a great business model: Provide excellent service at a reasonable price! The gentleman I dealt with "on the ground" here at the house was very accommodating, easy to work with and knew what he was doing. Went great these guys took off my metal roof stacked it up on my trailer for me tore off a shingke roof cleaned up every piece replaced all the water damage plywood put down new water barriers and new shingle roof all in one day excellent company excellent employees and the owner was a pleasure to work with just can't say enough good things thank you Arkbow Roofing

I needed a full roof put on my house. Mr. Jacks got material there that morning and the workers got there shortly after. My roof was done completely that evening. The price was good and I didn’t have to worry about anything. He is a good honest man, I would recommend him to anyone. I was very impressed with the owner and his crew. They were very hardworking and respectful. They put a new metal roof on the main house, guest house, outdoor kitchen, greenhouse and the dog kennel in 5 days. They did a beautiful job and left everything clean and neat.
