Quote $75 to $150. Charged $150 for a single drain kitchen sink to be cleared. The price was high.

They came within an hour, immediately knew what my problem was, got the part and fixed. Very knowledgeable. Another plumbing co had installed my water pressure device upside down! It gradually cut off pressure. Have recommended to friends for quick, reliable service.

They are very responsive and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, I will not use or recommend Benjamin Franklin, as I had a tech to come to my home due to a dripping outside facet, over the weekend. He Advised me of the work that he would have to do in order to remedy the drip. He further advised that the cost will be just over $700! I was suspect of the inflated cost and called a friend, placing him on speaker so the tech could explain or justify the repair. Needless to say, I declined the service and ask him to leave. The next morning I had another company (Plum Right LLC) to come out and received the service I was expecting, professional, honest and straight forward. Sadly, there are companies out here attempting to take advantage of customers. Benjamin Franklin attempted to over charge me by $600! A $100 job, to include the service charge for $700!! Shame on you Benjamin Franklin! Thank you Plum Right!! EH

I ended up having a home warranty that used Plumb Rite as their contractor so it worked out well. Because I had to pay a $75 co-pay I do not feel comfortable commenting on their listed price.

Let them find out what the problem is, never try to diagnose the issue yourself, I thought the toilet was leaking he came and worked on toilet but leak persisted and when he came back he now said he found the real issue when he did not look for it to begin with, he said he mis diagnosed the problem.

Knowledgeable. Timely. Courteous.

Made sure the job was done right.
