Very friendly service. Although the service needed was not urgent, Jeremy scheduled my appointment for the next business day to accommodate my schedule. Jim (plumber) arrived at the set time and completed the work quickly. The price for the service performed was provided the day I called so there were no surprises when it was time to pay. I will use them for future plumbing needsâ ¦.

I requested bids at 10pm. They responded within 5 minutes. After a little troubleshooting, they determined the scope of repair and scheduled it for 8am the next morning. Quick response, quick appointment, quick repair. I could not be happier...unless the problem had never happened of course.

Jeremy was prompt in contacting me reqarding my plumbming issue. He arrived on time for our appointment. A previous plumber incorrectly installed the bathrooms tub/shower faucets. They were pulling away from the wall and one was dripping. He corrected everything, including my water pressure problems. He was patient in explaining what was going on with the faucets and what was necessary to fix the problem. He did the work, cleaned up after himself and reasonably charged me. He is officially my plumber going forward. I highly recommend him.
