"Everything went very smoothly on the morning of the installation. However, my husband and I were not completely satisfied with the way one of the toilets fit under our cabinets. After discussing this with Keith's dispatcher, Wes, the plumbers did everything necessary to make sure the toilet fit correctly. We are totally pleased with the work, the professionalism, the courtesy and the price on this job. This is the third time we have used Keith the plumber and will consider him first for any plumbing needs in the future."

"We were terrified to call a plumber but Benjamin Franklin plumbing responded so quickly and came out the same day. Mr. Eric Lovelady was so kind. He walked us through every step took photos to show the work and even blew us away with payment options. He came back or fixed everything in no time, didn’t leave a mess, and still explained every step.
