There was a several month wait after ordering the windows, but once they were made, installation went quickly and fairly painlessly. I liked that the windows were made locally and installed by a local company.

Within a few days it was discovered by homeowner, and admitted by a tech that they had caused damage to plumbing during their previous job, which now causes a leak into the wall. Who knows what kind of water damage has occurred. They are wanting to charge to fix the damage they caused. When told they need to fix at their own expense due to their negligence and shoddy workmanship, the tech left quickly. A higher-up was contacted, but they doubled down and are refusing to correct the issue. I hope they can understand their response as inadequate and resolve matter without any further issue."
