Rick meticulously removed each of the stair treads, re-sized them to convert from carpet to wood flooring, and replaced them beautifully. The most complicated part of the job was installing the flooring around a wooden railing which runs along the upper level "loft" and stairs, requiring MANY precise customized cuts and modifications of the flooring.
