They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"Dan certainly comes across as professional and friendly but his home inspection left much to be desired. We needed an inspector who would be thorough and meticulous as the property we were buying was a formal rental property and we were from out of state. Dan missed an enormous main line clog, roof leaks and electrical issues which have cost us thousands since moving in. He incorrectly diagnosed a water issue in the basement as outside moisture when in fact it was coming from a clogged main line in the house. It's clear that during his inspection water was not run for a long enough period in the house or this would have been made obvious very quickly. The roof was known to be old but he did not do anything but a cursory inspection in the attic and missed obvious leaks which needed to be addressed prior to the house closing. Finally although he did find obvious electrical issues, he missed others that should have been caught as well. All in all we were extremely disappointed in the inspection and would recommend you look elsewhere for a home inspector."
