I am so impressed by him and his crew I will never hire another contractor again if I have any work in the scope that his team can accomplish. After I posted my job description on Thumbtack looking for a contractor to renovate my rental property, he contacted me within an hour and came to meet me on the job site that very night. He wrote up an informal estimate on the spot and provided me a professional, formal, written estimate with timeframe and contract the next morning. He is honest and very competitively priced. I signed the contract and he started work that very day. His crew worked late into the night many days to finish the entire remodeling job in two weeks (and would have finished earlier except for some surprises that came up in the work along the way). He sent me progress reports with photos of the work every day. He provided me nice samples of products to choose from for flooring and picked up all the materials and supplies for everything. After working with so many contractors in the business I cannot say enough good about him. He and his crew went the extra mile and repaired bad dishwasher plumbing they discovered while refinishing the cabinets without charge. Their work is exceptional and professional. Everything I hired them to do was done to the highest standard. They left the job site clean and on time. I will hire Aurora Service for all my renovation needs (which are many) and plan to keep them working for me for a long time."

"Walking around my house this morning, I'm feeling so grateful that I found Rick to install my new wood flooring! It was a complex job, involving two levels of the house and the staircase that connects them. Rick meticulously removed each of the stair treads, re-sized them to convert from carpet to wood flooring, and replaced them beautifully. The most complicated part of the job was installing the flooring around a wooden railing which runs along the upper level "loft" and stairs, requiring MANY precise customized cuts and modifications of the flooring. He took his time and was very meticulous with this difficult part of the job, and it looks great. Rick was neat, punctual, and easy to reach. He was very knowledgeable and helped me make decisions about design and materials, and he was so pleasant to have in my home.
