We had several small home repair projects but the biggest was replacing kitchen floor tiles. Ryan, Alex, and crew were very communicative throughout the entire process and did an amazing job! This was our first time hiring a company for home repairs and feel fortunate to have had such a positive experience.

These guys are great

I am a repeat customer, first they replaced all may windows and sliding glass doors with all triple pane - AWESOME job! They just fixed my upstairs 2nd floor exterior deck supports - main boards that went into house under outer wood panels had started to dry rot - very dangerous, replaced deck supports, outer panel, painted everything to match exterior paint and I'm a very happy camper! Just like a plumber, mechanic or even a dentist, a great contractor you can depend on is a treasure! Won't go wrong with 84th Street Construction!

I have used this company for 2 home repair projects and window replacement. They have been polite and professional both times. I would highly recommend this company for general contracting work.

I hired Ryan to do extensive work in our house. His team scraped and replaced popcorn ceilings in the whole house, remodeled a bathroom from the ground up, did some repair work in the attic and various and sundry small jobs. Not only was he there right on time and finished as scheduled, he excelled. I chose the floor for the bathroom and told him to choose the rest. He made a lovely elegant and practical bathroom and chose accessories and paint that brought out the colors in the floor and all complemented each other. It's truly beautiful and I am delighted with it! Everything looks absolutely wonderful. I would hire his team again in a heartbeat.

Ryan came quickly to give an estimate as I was in a time crunch, scheduled the work to fit around my needs and the guys came on time for the work appointment. They were very courteous and professional during the time they were completing the list of jobs I had and Dylan went above and beyond to answer questions and tweak some items I needed adjusted. They were respectful and did a good job cleaning up after the work was done. Before he left, Dylan was willing to walk through and look at some new jobs I wanted to get done and agreed to arrange for an estimate rather than needing to have another visit for that. I'll be using them again.

In addition to resolving the basement water issue they did other small jobs I needed done at a reasonable price. In the middle of all agreed upon scope of work I asked to add installation of a new front door and storm door and they took care of it with no problem. I expect to hire them in the future for additional work I need done.

Ryan and his crew are outstanding in every aspect of the word!!! Ryan always got back with me with any question's or issue in a very timely manner. His crew is by far the best group of guys you could ever ask for!!!!! These guys were always on time everyday, always pleasant, always courteous, respectful and 100% committed to the task at hand!!!! They said what they would do and they sure did exactly what they said!!! Outstanding work guys!!! I know we will be doing more business with Ryan and his crew in the very near future and would highly recommend this company for any type of construction period!!! Many thanks to you guys. We were very please with the deck replacement job Ryan and his crew completed. Ryan always got back to us in a timely manner. HIs crew was on time each day, we did not hear a litany of four letter words as we have experienced with other contractors, and they always cleaned up. We would highly recommend this company. We were happy we found them through Home Advisors as we did not know where to begin. 84th Street did and excellent job.

I chose this company as it's local small business and family run. I could not have made a better decision. Ryan and his team did an excellent job. Ryan stayed in contact with me promptly. They did what they said they would do in the time frame they committed to do the job. Price was reasonable and work quality was excellent. I'm so pleased. Follow up on the punch list final finish was excellent. These guys run the cleanest work site I have ever seen. They vacuumed the lawn area where they had to make some cuts and had a small amount of sawdust & shavings!!!! They are honest, well priced and operate with integrity. Do yourself a favor, hire these guys. I have lived in AK all my life and in Eagle River for 30 yrs. Never had such an excellent contractor. EXCELLENT job guys!!! Thank you again,

This was a large project with 3 floors of windows and a steep pitch roof to work around. I had a great experience from the first estimate through the replacement installation of windows and patio door(s) and finishing with the custom window - awesome front office and very experienced crew! Would call and hire again in a heartbeat! Recommended to a co-worker...

84th Street Construction did an outstanding job installing two windows and a patio door in an older condominium that had extra installation challenges. They were on time, courteous and job completion was within expected parameters.

The work was completed as requested. The work was excellent, they showed up on time. Found an old newspaper under the existing porch from 1981 and it was still legible. Amazing. Will definitely hire them again.

Excellent work, always show up at the committed time. Found a water leak under the old deck that rotted some of the boards and would have resulted in much more expensive repairs in the future

On time, communicated well the job, gave bid.....work to start next week.
