Let me start this by saying I have never used this company for glass. However, I will forever be using this company and recommending everyone I know to use it. My car caught on fire on the side of the highway and I’m currently 6 months pregnant. I watched helplessly as the fire got bigger, and Dennis and Newton (part of this company) pulled over so quickly and immediately went to work on putting the fire out. They also made sure I was okay and that I was safe. Because of them, the fire didn’t spread and it stopped at the tire area (where it caught) They then stayed with me until more help arrived. I am beyond grateful for these two men. They are true Alaskans and selflessly acted. I will support them time and time again. Talk about instant service!!!

Quality of windows and workmanship was great, minor hiccup when only 7 windows was original order so had to wait 1 month for the job to be completed with the eighth window install. My only grip is one of the windows did not close/latch properly after installation causing a concern for my family's safety. Workers looked at it while they were back installing the eighth window and determined they could also not get it to close/latch properly. Was informed the owner (Dennis) would contact Capital Glass (window manufacturer) for warranty work supposedly provided with purchase. I was never contacted by anyone and had to communicate back and fourth several times with Dennis to try and get this issue resolved. I ended up resolving the issue myself but still have not received communication from Capital Glass and only excuses from Dennis. It seems there is NO warranty provided from either Capital Glass or Instant Windows. I will not be using their services again.

Perfect. No one can ever do it as fast or at the same price. Some were twice as much. Have used 4 times and have been very happy.

Dennis came right over and gave me an estimate. Good guy. He could have had the pane ready for me much sooner than I needed it, but I had things going on. We picked a day for him to come back and install the window pane he had measured for. He called the day before to confirm, and he showed up at the time he said he would. Good experience.

Was pleased with the overall job.
