"Very professional at first & good work overall, but it became challenging to get in touch with anyone at times along with other communication problems during the project. Maybe too many projects for the #of employees? The 2-week estimate was impossible because the measuring of countertops can't happen until after vanities are in place and then they are ordered- yet I was blamed for all delays. I ended up finding most items for the bathroom myself and ordering them and picking some of them up which would be fine except for 15% additional charge for materials. No one came to check on project completion and/or customer satisfactisfaction."
