They are an honest and professional company that does good work and stands behind it. I recently got them to give me an estimate on rebuilding the top portion of a chimney that needs brickwork. They inspected the chimney, told me it was safe to use, and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the chimney rebuild, saying that it can wait until spring if I wish. From my experience, they will do everything they can to satisfy the customer, whether it's a simple chimney cleaning or custom work. This is the best chimney company in the DC area by far

He helped us interact with window sales/install, siding, soffit and chimney repair at the same time. He was instrumental in the success of this project. This company calls each week to ensure the customer is kept in touch. On roof tear-off day, Jeremy Lincoln was on-site supervisor, keeping the workers organized. Kim Shields, the job supervisor was present to assure success on the job. The roof was nailed to specifications, adding continuous water underlayment to dry it in. Then the chimney and cricket was repaired(reconstructed). After which, the shingles were applied. And the chimney cap was put on by Dave and his crew .Mathew Housh suggested a cap ring be applied and Dave agreed. Today the ring was brought out and installed

He was very professional, and he really knew his products and was able to describe the job and the products in detail. It was several weeks until they could do our job, but this was no problem, as we had no pressing leak problems that would have caused us to want the job done sooner. Unfortunately, our roof required more than normal repair work since the previous roof was inadequately installed. We ordered and received top of the line products and with the additional repair work required the job added up to a rather high price for a roof job. However, we do believe we got what we paid for. The workers, all employees of Arry's, were very professional and described each task they were doing to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend Arry's to anyone but advise them to be aware that they will probably pay a top quality price for the top quality job. We expect no more concerns with our roof for a long time

Cannot recommend Shingle Masters enough. Surpassed all of our expectations!

I got a 700.00 refund on my homeowners insurance because of the thorough job Michael did showing what they did on the roof and adding in the improvements for storm shutters, Garage door and windows I was entitled to

"Ken was fantastic. We had storm damage to our chimney which dented the flue inside. The house is old enough that we had to replace the entire fireplace from top to bottom. Ken spent probably 2 hours just talking to me about what needed to be done and why. Once we finally got our insurance check Ken quickly scheduled us for the work knowing that we were in the process of selling the house and getting the chimney fixed was mandatory. I was worried the project could take several weeks, but Ken was almost completely done in 5 days. Ken was very respectful of our property and went to great lengths to minimize dust, protect our floors, and he always did an excellent job keeping the work area clean. Ken even found potential fire hazards in the old chimney that needed to be corrected. The result was a new fireplace with all the problems fixed. We've had many experiences with contractors and our experience with Ken was clearly the best we've ever had. I highly recommend Ken!

Jeff was excellent at suggesting improvements to our bathroom shower, entrance and new vanity and cabinets. He offered excellent contractors that we used for new granite countertops for kitchen and bath areas.
