CB Roofing Construction did a superb job. Very professional, on time, very helpful with insurance. They even did some extra repairs on the soffit.

There is not a city of St Petersburg approved for the job. The first rain left pools of roofing granules all over the driveway and around the garage. The roof eaves are destroyed on the east and west side of the garage with hundreds of exposed nails. This is dangerous and makes it impossible to paint the eaves. The nails missed the rafters on all the ends of the house and their decision was to cut them with bolt cutters rather than open the roof and repair the mistake. I spoke with the inspectors and they informed me that the shorter nails should have been used for the waves areas and are approved by the city for this purpose. The garage job cost $5500 and utilized Owens Corning architectural shingles. This did not include the main house.

They did a good job, however, they failed in one important area. They removed my direct TV antenna and threw it away. They did reimburse us for the antenna, but the lack of professionalism was very apparent.

When it rained the problem became worse. Contractor came over to take a look and promised to fix but then did not fix it. Before it was just spotting now the water is leaking right through. Contractor is not returning calls. I have been trying to reach them for more than a week.

"Out first time out to their building we were shown 19 active leaks. After doing the repairs, we made follow up calls to make sure the leaks had stopped before we invoiced for the work. After invoicing for the work we were called back and learned that three of the leaks were still active and have done extra work above and beyond the scope of the contract to stop the leaks. Since our call back 8 new leaks have been reported and we have worked on them with out invoicing to make sure all leaks are stopped before final payment. Our office has been in contact with the client, and the client has been told that his roof was installed wrong, and wore out, and needs replacing which he declined and asked that we try and repair it. We are actively working on the roof and doing the best we can with the conditions that exist."

"We were called out to the clients home during a storm and gave them two prices, one to repair the shingles that had blown off and one to replace half of the house as per their request. After a few weeks had passed the client called us and asked us to schedule to have the repairs done as per the contract which we did. Once the repairs were done we invoiced for the work as per the contract. There were no additional charges or change orders to the contract."

Initial repair we made within 24 hours of my contacting them.
About a month later, after a heavy rain, we noticed leak still present. They came back out, again within 24 hours of my call, and did an even more in depth repair of roof at no charge.
Personnel were always very pleasant and understanding. Always expained what they were going to do and what was finally done.
Even got a follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied.

The owner Chad gave me an estimate and performed the work for the price of the estimate. The work was done quickly and efficiently. When I asked for things to be done in a certain way, there was no hesitation to carry the work out in the way I wanted the work done. I was on the job from the time it started until the time it finished and was fully satisfied. I will hire CB Roofing again.

We had to work around the Florida rain; however, from first contact to last contact...this company is "TopNotch". Excellent customer service by the owner himself...excellent workmanship from the owner himself and his crew. Very friendly, very professional. They brought the dump trailer the first day for all the damaged materials,etc. Second day, repaired and rebuilt the chimney.
I can't say enough good things about this experience. When it's time to redo the entire roof...C B Roofing Construction is the only company we will use.

Chad was on time, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about roof leaks. He found the leak fixed it the same day. Very refreshing to see a company with integrity and fixed the repair at reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with both the final outcome and the roof replacement process. The proposal and price were clearly stated. The project began and finished on time. The crew members were courteous to tenants and cleaned up debris throughout the process. The owner also checked on the work both during the install and when completed. Overall, everything went extremely well.
