  We have contacted America's Dream HomeWorks for the renovation needs of the Marvista Apartments Complex in Rancho Cordova, CA. The City of Rancho Cordova has issues a list of corrections for our complex and we knew we needed someone very reliable and trustworthy that we and our residents could count on. The renovation - remodeling contractor needed to perform top quality work to stand for long term and the work needed to be performed at timely manner along with safety and cleanliness concerns as must at- all times. After doing careful and deep review of the possible qualifying contractors we had to select ADH as they stood out as the only company that could perform all the required work with the kind of care we needed. We felt that based on ADH excellent track record of 15 years as one of top reputation remodelers specializing in siding. windows, kitchen, bathroom, countertops, painting, doors, windows, decks and general contractor we could totally depend on them to deliver the service, quality work and dependable materials we were needed. We needed Repair and Replacement and/or Repair Of Old Wood Siding and Stucco on Exterior Walls of 4 Large Apartment Unit, followed with some Structural Wood Frame Members Replaced in Preparation for Installation New Vinyl Siding and Fiber Cement Siding, the Decks of Each of 40 Apartment Units had to be modified including new flashing and railing works. We also needed the replacement of new windows and doors, the new double pane windows were needed to replace the existing single pane aluminum windows. Along the way we also decided that we needed to replace kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities and install new granite stone countertops, new sinks, new faucets- ADH can do all this cause there are licensed and certified in multiple trades unlike other 90% of the contractors who say they can do but they are not certified or licensed by state of CA in the field of work they promised to perform, this will not deliver you the peace you need for such work as electrical or plumbing modification and etc. as this came up in the process of the remodeling. ADH has licensing and Certifications as General Contractor, Plumbing, Electrical, Glazing- Glassworks, Siding and Decking, along with Flooring- all the critical trades needed to perform reliable remodeling. ADH Team delivered on the promises very easily as they are a Team of Remodeling Professionals starting with Vlad Mark and Tanya Chernioglo as the company heads and the company founders, these 2 know what it takes to work with team and customers. The office team lead by Tanya, Lana and Natalie has kept excellent communication at all times and were very pleasant in accommodating us with schedule times and other questions we had. ADH Installers were 1st class professional tradesman, all very clean to begin with and very detailed to the work that was performed. At all times we felt that we could totally depend on them and they had the safety of us and residents in their minds at all times. All the work was explained by Vladimir and Mike the lead foreman on the project. The areas that the work was done to were sealed off and the dust and other things were kept under control as much as possible. In addition to the above work America's Dream HomeWorks also helped us to restore and repair one apartment unit that had smoke damage after a failed microwave appliance. The work was done on time and ADH met and superbly exceeded our expectations, once again this is actually the 2nd time have hired them in last few years and will keep them on our contact sheets as the top contender for any future works needed. We and all of our residents are very happy with our new siding system, replacement high efficiency double pane windows, deck work, new kitchen cabinetry and stone countertops. We highly recommend this great company as we can for sure say that this company offers a true complete renovation services and delivers the best results- we can are once again reassured that ADH stands up to their proven motto ?   After doing some research and going through several different contractors, America?s Dream Homeworks (ADH) stood out immediately as the most knowledgable, experienced and professional home improvement expert. We hired ADH to replace siding, windows and doors and install laminate flooring in our home. The process was easy from the first phone call to the end result. Mark helped us out with great design ideas and went beyond what we expected. Lana & Natalie are great communicators that were always available for our phone calls. The crew was always on time, skilled in their work, paid attention to all details, and cleaned up every day. The siding, doors, windows and floors looks fantastic on our house and we love the new look! It was great pleasure to do business with ADH and we are completely satisfied.   Our project started with John coming to the house and listening to what we wanted to do to the kitchen; we essentially wanted to keep the general footprint of the kitchen, but remove a window and expand available storage, as well as replacing the sliding glass door leading into the back yard. After hearing what we wanted done, he offered up some ideas to maximize the space we had available--moving the refrigerator over in order to allow for extra counter space--and took some measurements, which allowed him to give us an estimate of the costs we were looking at. I'd done my homework before this meeting, and based on what we wanted, his ideas (which were things I hadn't thought of but really liked), and the fact that they handle everything--no dealing with subcontractors needed and they handle all permits--we decided this was the company we wanted to go with. Once we had signed a contract, we picked out the cabinetry and granite we wanted for our counters, and were given a rough time frame of 4-6 weeks before work would begin, and a 2-3 week time frame (business days) for completion. Those estimates were spot on; demolition began right around the 5.5 week mark, and it took about 20 days for all the work to be done. Granted, those days took place over about a 4 week period, but we lost a few days to an inspector that canceled and rescheduled at the last minute, a holiday, and our own hiccup in picking up the wrong type of grout needed for the backsplash tile. The crew working in our house was always professional, friendly, and very careful about cleaning up after themselves at the end of the day. They had us check at the end of very nearly every day to see what we thought, and we were never disappointed. The end result is that we went from a kitchen that was a contractor-grade, 19 year old ho-hum space to an absolutely beautiful kitchen that looks high-end. The work done is quality, professional grade, and it came in at around a thousand dollars under estimate. We would--and will--use America's Dream Homeworks again. They make the whole process easy, and the quality of work is worth the priceshow more

  We were very pleased with the work. John (in sales) provided reasonable prices for the work to be done and had a no pressure sales approach. ADH installed quartz counter tops, a mosaic backsplash, a new stainless steel sink, faucet, and instant hot water dispenser. They also installed a new cooktop and dishwasher. They also created a new drawer for trash to replace our old trash compactor that was so narrow it could not be replaced. The drawer was a perfect match to our existing cabinets, and everything was installed very well. The laundry room got a similar treatment - new, matching quartz counter tops and a new tile floor. I was very picky about the tile pattern that was to be laid out, and Serge (tile installer) was phenomenal. (OK, the tile floor in the laundry room was easy, but when he had to apply the same pattern to the shower enclosures, that got tricky, but he did an AMAZING job. Eugene (main contractor) did the work on the bathrooms (except the tiling). In our master bath, he reconfigured the shower and installed a new jetted tub. New sinks, new faucets, new fixtures were all installed well. In one of the guest bathrooms, he put in a new tub/shower combination. In the other guest bathroom, he reconfigured a shower. All got the same quartz counter tops, new sinks, and fixtures. Everything looks fantastic. When we noticed the new shower valve didn't get the water hot enough, he fixed it. When the new shower door leaked, he fixed it. When the GFCI in the guest bathroom didn't pass inspection, he fixed it. Eugene was very responsive to our requests. He also did a pretty good job cleaning up after himself every day, which was no small task considering the work we had done. Even though we lived through the mess, it wasn't that badshow more
