"I had two literally rotten bathrooms that were overdue for work. One of the bathrooms had a huge scary hole in the middle. As it turns out, a previous contractor did a sloppy job in several areas that introduced a small leak that eventually rotted the bathroom floors. The Tenorio's group actually had to replace most of the pipes, and floors. At that point, we decided to make the bathrooms completely new. Much better than the previous work years ago. They were highly recommended by a friend who worked with several contractors. I did not rate the price because most other contractors that give a cheaper price may deliver cheaper results. If you need work now, here is your chance to hire them, because once I am ready, I will have them performing more work for me."

Exactly how long your French doors last depends on the quality of the materials you choose, with vinyl doors lasting far less time than fiberglass, metal, and clad-wood doors. Upgrading to shatterproof glass can also improve the lifespan of exterior French doors.

Most modern, standard doors are 1 ⅜-inches thick, so you should aim for this thickness unless you're building a door to replace an antique door or fit into a non-standard wall opening. Thickness varies when installing a pocket door or sliding barn door, so a good rule of thumb is to measure your existing door, if possible. For standard doors, you can also measure from the inside of the door to the door stop to gauge the proper thickness.

You should rekey your house every three years to minimize the chances of someone gaining access to your home. You can do it more than that, but it depends on the level of foot traffic and visitors you get. Businesses, for instance, routinely rekey their locks every six months to a year.
