Matt Phillips and his team did an amazing job on several projects we had. They encapsulated our crawlspace, installed a dehumidifier (provided wireless humidity monitor), installed a bath fan, replaced an old can light, and added insulation to our attic and bonus room knee walls. Their workmanship is top notch and their pricing was competitive. The team was professional and detailed oriented. I especially liked working with Matt Phillips, he was very patient, and answered all of my questions while providing me honest feedback on some items and even guidance on other projects that his team were not going to tackle for us. He is just a stand up guy who genuinely cares about his customers and ensuring they are taken care of, before, during and after the project is done. I highly recommend them for any home-improvement needs you may have

  • Triangle Radiant Barrier
Triangle Radiant Barrier was a pleasure to work with. They were professional, detailed, prompt, and communicated very well from initial quote through project completion. We would highly recommend them. Brock was our PM and was very easy to work with and answered all questions very timely.

Fantastic. The installers were brilliant. Worked nonstop, friendly, and finished by the end of the day. The price beat everyone else's by a long shot.

  • Air Experts Heating & Cooling
This company is very well run and has some of the best people working for it. Literally, every single person that I interacted with (office, technician, install crew) was courteous and intelligent. Brandon was the technician that came out and he was simply amazing. He quickly found out problems and determined that one of our units was just barely under warranty and could be fixed without having to buy the part out of pocket. While he was installing the new part, he (on his own accord) decided to look at out other HVAC unit because he saw something that concerned him and he found out that we had a very dangerous degradation in the system that could have led to CO build up in our house during winter heating. That same day, a sales guy (Patrick) came out and helped us with our options for a new system (the old system was 12+ years old and it wasnt worth pathing up). He worked with us and helped us pick a high efficiency new system that will likely pay for itself in a few years. Patrick and Brandon both took tons of time to explain things to me and answer my questions. Brandon even answered all my questions about the refrigeration cycle, etc....he is clearly passionate about his job. Now...on the day of the install for the new system, the two workers that came out were extrememly polite (despite having to work in rain and mud). They removed their boots every time they had to enter the house....such that not a single spec of dirt was tracked inside. After they finished the job (a huge all day project)....they even brought new bags of mulch to spread around the new HVAC unit to blend it in and restore the job site to the original condition. After that, they insisted on using our hose to clean the muddy grass to make everything look perfect. honestly....i have never dealt with a company that was this professional and thoughtful

called Air Experts when my downstairs AC unit stopped working. This was in the afternoon, yet they were able to send someone out to look at it the same day. Chris was very professional and nice. He spent some time talking about features of newer AC/Furnaces. The next day I made an appointment for the sales person to come from 7-8 pm. Dave called to let me know he was running a little late and arrived around 7:30. Dave is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy. He covered every aspect of the units, financing options, tax credits, etc. He looked at each unit in our home and took pictures for future reference. The sales call went a lot longer than I had expected (2 hours) - maybe due to estimating two units?. Dave left us with estimates for the up and downstairs unit replacements. On the scheduled work day, Steve and his assistant Anthony arrived just after 8:00 am. Steve called my cell phone to let me know when he arrived and kept in touch throughout the day via text message. This was really convenient for me - I could answer or ask questions without having to go outside and find him. He even sent me pictures of the units and or locations we discussed. Steve explained the programmable thermostat before he left. He was neat, courteous, and professional. I am very pleased with the customer service. Although we decided not to replace the upstairs unit at the same time, Dave insisted that they fix some insulation that he noticed had come undone when he was inspecting the upstairs unit. I will be calling them back when the next unit goes

Pre-Install consultation with Dave Hepner went very well. He showed up on time, confirmed that my existing unit was too small to cool the amount of square footage in my home. He went over the cost of the new unit versus a complete system. Since I am going to be selling my house in the next 30 days, I was not looking for a complete new system. He understood where I was coming from and did not try and push a more expensive install on me. I appreciated that. I met with him on Thursday afternoon and the new unit was installed within 48 hours. The guys showed up on Saturday to install the new unit and did a good job including cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Their price was a lot less expensive than their competitors. Dave had mentioned to me that the install was just as important as getting a good unit. I agree. The weather has been hot outside but the temperature inside my home is nice and cool. The new unit that I received is a lot quieter than my old unit which my neighbors appreciate. From my initial call to their company to get the pre-install consult set up to the final install, everyone was terrific to work with

I purchased an air conditioning system inspection and tune-up from Air Experts Heating & Cooling as a daily big deal. AEHC promptly contacted me to set up an appointment and were very diligent with contacts and updates preceding the appointment, and when the serviceman would arrive. Chris Hobcroft, the inspector/servicer/installer, was prompt, polite, very thorough, very knowledgeable and pointed out the strengths and weaknesses of our old AC system, what we could expect from it, how soon it may need service or replacement, and what signs to look for to tell if there might be a failure in the near future. He was very helpful, and didn't try to push further service or sales, which I greatly appreciate, and even though he didn't, I am very likely to use Air Experts Heating & Cooling in the future (if/when the need does arise. But hopefully not too soon!) based on their friendly, forthcoming, knowledgeable staff

  • Air Experts Heating & Cooling
It worked out well- I didn't use it right away and they applied the charges to a different service call that I had put out to them though it had also expired. They have always been timely in their arrival and take time to show you what it is that they are taking about and what is wrong and give you all options to fix it

  • Air Experts Heating & Cooling
I had 3 companies quote 3 other brands before contacting Air Experts for a final quote. I contacted Air Experts for a 4th quote because they had more than 2700 excellent reviews on Angie's List and an A+ BBB Rating without any complaints. This was quite the opposite of the company I had been with since 1991. I decided that Air Experts was a better fit for me because of Scott's knowledge and willingness to take the time to find the right product and price while increasing the energy efficiency. Air Experts was the only company to measure the upstairs square footage for the new unit. They found that my existing unit of 11 years was undersized by 1/2 ton. This explained why the unit ran very often on hot days which caused very high energy bills. I highly recommend Air Experts
