Dan was responsive to questions we had about the process and details; we appreciated his no-nonsense way. We didn’t have to wait long to get on their schedule. The crew showed up punctually at 7 am and completed our house in 1.5 days. Even Dan, the company owner, came and painted.     Chris came out immediately and give us a bid and a timeline. The crew arrived right on time. They were clearly well trained. They performed tasks in a specific and logical sequence. Inside they were extremely careful of furniture and other household objects. Outside they not only did and thorough job of cleaning, but they also replaced any items moved, and cleaned up any debris from the power washing operation. We will definitely contact them again when we need this type of work and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for clean-up work

Other landscapers said they would do this or that but Pablo was able to do it all. GTG was always on time and respectful of the property. Now we are the talk of the neighborhood as people drop by to admire our new patio

    We own a 1910 "Old Portland" style foursquare home in Uptown Vancouver and hired A-1 Paint Removal Painting and Restoration to strip layers and layers of paint from it so that new paint would once again adhere. A three year-old paint job was failing already and we wanted to create a clean canvas for the new paint that would last a long time. Richie and his crew did an amazing job of stripping the paint using heat guns and scrapers. Each area worked on was tarped and contained as is best practices when working with old lead-based paint. The crew arrived on time every morning and worked diligently to complete the job in 6 days. If you own a historic home, skilled paint preparation like this is important to maintain its beauty and value. We recommend A-1 Paint Removal without reservation and would definitely hire them again

    We hired Preferred Landscaping to replace our run down lawn with Syn lawn and power wash our pavers and replace the sand. They were easy to communicate with and understood what we were looking for as far as design. We ended up having some trouble with our downspout drainage and asked if they could add that to the job and Dave very quickly accommodated us and was able to take care of that as well. All the guys on the crew were polite and friendly. We now have a beautiful backyard that we are proud for people to see. We are so happy with our choice
