Krupp Moving & Storage

This company made my parents move the worst day of their life! They showed up two hours late. They only packed one of the two trucks, and then said they were leaving. We had to beg them to fulfill their contract and load two trucks as we had agreed-upon and paid for in the contract. Mind you my parents are in their 80s. Had we not been there, as their children, the company would have just left half the house in the house. We brought them lunch and half of the crew was smoking pot at the truck. Upon arrival, many things were broken and they had no idea which parts of the bed went together. My family had to help them put furniture back together. We paid a lot of money and this was the worst experience in moving I have ever seen in my entire 60 years of life. Please save yourself the heartache and do not use this company! We have tried for weeks to contact the owner regarding our experience and he has not returned a single phone call from either my parents or my three other siblings. It’s advertised as a family owned company but if it truly was, I would think the owner at some point would have called us back.

Movers beware! Columbus Krupp moving team was a disaster. There were lots of issues. One of their trucks leaked and since it was raining the day we moved, one of our good living room chairs was soaked. Two pieces of wood furniture were damaged. They failed to put a desk back together correctly and some of the hardware was missing. They left our treadmill disassembled and took the hardware with them! Boxes that were clearly marked were left in the wrong place. If all that were not enough, I have left messages and no one has returned my calls. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

Seriously, this is the best moving company we have used. It was simple and all of my belongings were kept safe and handled with care. I won’t let anyone move our things except Krupp!!

Quick and professional

Krupp was good getting scheduled but the night before dispatch called with confirmations for the following morning- told me to unhook the washer and dryer and unhook the bed. They sent final docs to sign and had added an extra $255 to my move for something I didn’t approve and did not ask for. My original contact person stopped answering any of my calls or text which this all saddened me since things were going so well initially. I finally got I touch with someone who could help and removed that fraudulent fee added to my bill. I was then able to complete the signing of docs - waived the insurance but next morning was called about insurance I accepted and the over $100 fee they’d be charging - so had to dispute that also! The movers were on time and James, Isaiah and E did a good job! My only issue at this point with the movers was they said they could not hook up the washer and dryer and could not hook up the bed because they didn’t take it apart although Krupp dispatch said it needed to be taken apart- was very unhappy with this! Then the movers were receiving calls while working on my move to hurry up for the next job which was over an hour away - I feel very bamboozled that they had us take things apart for them , wouldn’t put anything back together , rushed through to make it elsewhere all on my dime - they require a 3 hr minimum and we moved In 2 because they basically had us do the work for them - not happy about that!

Everything went great! G, CJ, Skylar, Ram, and Chap did a great job! Very polite, careful, and speedy! I would hire them again!
