Two people came out in a truck and we had it all organized. They were terrific and did a nice job. They didn't break or scratch anything. Their rates were very reasonable. They charged us on an hourly basis.

I needed someone to move us and I was impressed with Justin just from talkin to him on the phone. He and his team had a great deal of experience and they were all respectful and nice. They asked questions if they had them and made sure they did exactly what I wanted. They worked hard and impressed me with how much they knew about so many things -- like the danger of moving our washer without the proper bolts. They worked hard and even finished early. They offered to help me with anything else I needed before they left. I really believe they did an excellent job in each and every way.

I had to do an emergency move out in one day and I called Jones Family Moving around 9-10am. Justin told this was definately something they do and he gave me an initial quote based on the # of rooms I gave him and the type of furniture I had. 3 men showed up just before noon - these 3 guys were terrific. There were fast, efficient and careful. They had a great sense of humor during a difficult time. Loading up the truck actually took 5 hours. Justin stated their family also had a temperature controlled storage facility (Mr. Mover) and quoted me a price - I had them take my belongings there. They can provide boxes for a price - but I believe you get the money back when you give the boxes back. The total job took about 7 hours. Justin came to the house mid-day and gave me requote based on the quantity of belongings and how much more time they would need to finish. Justin called a couple of times to check in - gave me information about the storage facility and kept in touch frequently until everything was wrapped up. I can not say enough about this moving company-they were timely, professional, efficient and worth every penny.

They showed up a little early and got to work. They charge a 1-hour minimum, $100, and were here about half an hour. They were very nice, very careful with my things, and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. I will call them again.

Very responsive. Came on a Sunday to do an estimate. Excellent moving personnel. Underestimated the packing costs, but was willing to work out a discount on the moving to compensate. Overall did a great job!

They arrived on time, Justin was there, introduced himself to my husband and to me and was very courteous. We did most of the packing but they did some disassembling and reassembling of cribs and beds. They were quick and efficient.

I was so impressed with this company. They are family owned and price aggressively. They worked hard the entire day taking no breaks. There was no damage to anything. They packed everything very well. They communication with them went well, always returning calls promptly. I was so impressed I re-used them to move some furniture.

Move time was very short time less than 3 hours. Works was excellent will definitely use Jones again.

Everything went very well. They were very professional yet personable from phone call updates through the actual moves. It felt more like having friends helping out with the move which was very pleasant. They took good care of all furniture and were very quick.

Justin did a great job! His price was significantly less than several of his competitors. He arrived on-time to pick up despite an unexpected snowstorm, completely covered the carpets while removing the furniture, and shrink wrapped all three pieces. When the road conditions got difficult due to the snow, Justin called to update me on the delay, then did the same careful job when he unloaded at my home. I would definitely use his company again!

We had a great experience with this company. They were punctual, courteous and very efficient. The treadmill is very big and heavy, but the guys were great about it. They took it apart so that they could carefully get it through the rooms to the basement, there is no way that thing was going down those stairs in one piece! They then reassembled it, taking care to make sure they did it right, they also made doubly sure we were happy with the position of it. They had to take the basement door off to get it through and they carefully reattached that as well. It was money well spent, it took them just over an hour to complete the job, and saved us from getting backache!

They came on time, had a great attitude, and did great work. They worked quickly and I would use them again. They are better than anyone I have ever had before. They communicated well, always calling ahead of time. We were very pleased. A+.

This was the best moving experience ever. I had a difficult neighbor whom I shared a driveway with. He wouldn't let them use the driveway so they had to truck everything down the street. The apartment I moved into was difficult because it is on a high floor and involved lots of turns. They also disposed of furniture for me. They were kind and helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I definitely think this company should be nominated for an Angie's List award.

They came when they said they would. They completed the job in about 5 minutes. They were very friendly and efficient. They let me pay by check and gave me an Angie's List discount.

We were extremely pleased with this company. They arrived early and finished early. I have never seen anyone move so quickly when they were being paid by the hour. After filling a large moving truck, the only damage we found were two scratches on the refrigerator and a bent connector on the washing machine hot water hose. The quality of the move far exceeded the price they charged.

We felt they did not have good communication between the owner and workers. The packers did not do a good job and I felt they were overwhelmed.

I called Justin Jones on a Thursday and asked him if he could move me on that coming Sunday or Monday. He said he would be available to move me on either day. I chose Sunday. He and his crew showed up promptly at 9 am. We had probably the normal amount of furniture, but we did have some expensive and quite large televisions and were concerned about the moving process. Justin and his crew did a fantastic job. He brought a crew of four, they were friendly and courteous. They ended up having to make two trips, but we worked out the difference in price (the final price is included above). He had actually quoted me the original price over the phone and I think I might have left some items out. At any rate, their price was over $300 lower than the closest competitors price. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I know these rating seem too good to be true, but over the years we've moved several times and invariably I would be displeased about something. So, it was such a pleasant experience to have everything go right.
