"I have used Bryan for projects in the past and I keep going back because the entire process is basically outstanding. Great communication, responsiveness, high quality work, at a fair price. This was the biggest job so far - the Bilco doors were in bad shape, the cinder blocks beneath were crumbling, and the steps to the basement had rotted away. We added a light and better lock too. So lots of different skills, masonry, concrete, woodwork, electrical, and installation. What I really appreciated is that the work was done by people who clearly take pride in a job well done. This is hard to find. Everything looks GREAT, professional, clean, I could not be happier. I highly recommend Bryan and his team.

"The owners, Andy and Ross, were utterly professional and set us at ease prior to our choosing them for the work. Earlier, the salesperson, Bob, was very knowledgeable and explained the work to be done and answered all of our initial questions. The entire team’s professionalism, work ethic and non-stop efforts over the entire two days was exemplary and very impressive. Despite the heat the large team plowed on (pun intended). We had a long-time painter and expert handyman stop by to look at followup work after the waterproofing was completed and he remarked that he was impressed by the fine work being done by the Paradigm team. Bernie and his team of workers amazed us at the non-stop pace of their work as well as their friendly demeanor. One could tell that this was a group that enjoyed working with each other and helped each other at every step. We couldn’t be happier with their total commitment to our waterproofing needs and they completed the work under schedule. "I must say that I read the reviews and was impressed by them. That was my sole reason for choosing Eastern Glass Block. I spoke with Ron (the owner) who immediately set up a time for someone to come do measurements which was February 25th at 12. That morning Ron called and asked if it could possibly be pushed back til 1:30. That was fine with me. The gentleman was slightly late but it was due to traffic which I completely understand. He told me Ron had fussed at him but he had tried his best to get there on time. He was very nice and had me laughing. I spoke back to Ron after the measurements who gave me the price and stated his guys would be there March 1st. I was very happy with the date because I desperately needed the windows and thought it may take longer. On that morning Ron called to let me know what time the installers (Pedro and Carlos) would be there. They were definitely on time and were very friendly. Once the work was completed, I was asked to make sure it was done the way I wanted it. I was and am very happy and pleased with the look and overall professionalism from Ron and his workers.
