"Desmond was responsive to my initial phone call, came to my house to measure and completely explained the process of installation of glass block windows in my basement. I wanted the installation of a glass block window with a hopper vent and another glass block window CUSTOMIZED to receive a vent that we made which was similar to a dryer vent. Desmond took our thoughhts to his window manufacturer, then followed with our CUSTOMIZED VENT to have it incorporated into a the glass block window. His window manufacturer did a perfect job in making the window to our specifications. Once the windows were made, Desmond came and installed them as planned.
