This was a multi-faceted project and went very well with just a few minor issues. While I had a very detailed graph paper drawing of what I wanted, I failed to put a start date in the contract. So, starting was a bit later than I wanted. But, once it did, things went smoothly. The crew was very courteous & arrived in a timely manner each day. They did a beautiful job. When I had issues, they were immediately addressed. The owner showed up every day to see how things were going. My only problem was that the grass seed they used had an inordinate amount of weeds in it. I did not complain to the company about it because reseeding wasn't even in the contract. But, mostly because the rest of the job was so gorgeous. And, I could deal with the lawn myself. All in all, a beautiful job. Would highly recommend them

We had a crack in our foundation blocks which would seep water during heavy, driving rains. Alan and his team excavated the foundation on the north side of our house and sealed the wall. Adonnis Waterproofing also dug a crock and installed a sump pump inside the basement. All of this work was completed in two days. Basement has been completely dry since work was completed. Both the interior and exterior areas where work was done was cleaned very well, and steps were taken to protect the neighboring driveway that was used for access to the foundation. The salesman Christian was very helpful, professional and easy to talk to. The overall work was done in one day with 2 egress windows installed and 4 old basement windows replaced with block windows and they did a beautiful job. Installers were so polite and very clean. They put up drapes to prevent concrete dust from flying all over. They laid down cloth runners so that they would not track in dirt. They laid plywood in the grass for equipment to drive on so as not to cause any damage to grass, and cleaned up any dirt and gravel that was left behind. When they left, you would have never known they were there but for the amazing new high quality windows. They did work at my sisters house and did an equally great job. Prices were low to make it an even nicer experience

"We are just on the beginning stages of a complete house upgrade OR perhaps a teardown of the old house and starting over on a clean slate. Our meeting with the contractor and archetect was very enlightening, especially since we had not considered the possibility of ultimately having a totally new house ( up to code with all new plumbing, wiring and a floor plan not restricted by the existing walls) as opposed to a makeover of an unimpressive workingman's cottage that is over 100 years old ( but without historic preservation value and very old wiring). While we were aware that the location and property were probably more valueable than the house itself, starting over didn;t really seem like a viable option. Now it sounds like the end cost of a teardown/startover would be close to the same as a makeover using the existing footprint in the end, but the new house would have a much greater resale value and could truely be customized to our long-term needs. We are now at the decison point of contracting the archetect to show us a comparison of possible scenarios ( new vs. makeover) and costs.

Joshua Haase, owner of Haase did the initial consult and walked us through all aspects of his plan in a manner which a novice could understand the process. West wall needed total excavation and lawn needed regrading with with multiple window wells installed. Not only was the finished product well done, we were impressed with the team of workers.
