"Terrible service. They installed a generator at my 91 year old mother?s house. They cut the lines for the sprinkler system during installation and took no responsibility. Even worse, two days ago the electricity went out for the first time since installation and the generator did not come on! WTF is the purpose of getting a generator (and spending over $15K) for it not to work when needed? And then the idiot woman on the phone refused to send a service technician unless my mom agreed to pay over $250. I would never recommend that anyone use this company - they are useless and incompetent at best. "
