"I explained to Mark the error codes flashing on my Samsung refrigerator/freezer. He asked some questions and had me try holding down a combination of display functions. The simultaneous pressing of fridge and freezer worked perfectly. The flashing error codes went away! Mark was so thoughtful and thorough as we discussed pros and cons of replacing the ice maker. Because of the age of the fridge and the unreliability of that Samsung ice maker, the answer was “No”. All of the help on the phone was free of charge since I didn’t need a service call. I will call Mark immediately if I have any need for tv, washer/dryer, or any other appliance problem. Mark was “old school” courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. "We live in Miamisburg and had been having bad condensation problems with our eight-year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator for a couple months. Lots of condensation on the outside of the fridge around the in-door ice maker--and ice forming in the interior door seam. Condensation was so bad at times, it ran down the front of the fridge and collected on our hardwood floor--required constant mopping. We first called a local Miamisburg appliance repair company--who sent out a technician to scope out the problem. After about 45 minutes, he couldn't figure it out. So, we called A to Z Appliance Service, and they scheduled a service call within a couple days. Their technician/Mark arrived early within the projected arrival window and went right to work. Within a half-hour he had diagnosed the problem and ordered the required replacement parts (the ice door chute assembly and a door seal). Mark returned several days later (9/16/20) when the ordered parts arrived. And, again within a half-hour, he had swapped out the parts. On both occasions, he was very professional, meticulous, knowledgeable, and personable. This guy knew his stuff! As of this writing (9/21/20), we've had no more condensation problems with the fridge. "<p>Called day before with a reminder of my appointment which was nice. Arrived about in the middle of the 2 hr apt window and was very nice and courteous. Within a minute knew what the problem was. The motor was bad on the dryer so I decided to get a new dryer vs. having this one fixed for about $400 (quote to replace motor).&nbsp; Did have to pay the $79 fee but that was explained when I made the appointment so it was no surprise. I will call them again when I have the need since I was very happy with how nice and prompt they were. I also know a couple of my neighbors use them and are happy with them which is an added plus.</p>show more

"A Knochelmann service team replaced the entire HVAC system- furnace, air conditioner, and thermostat, and removed the old system in one day. They arrived as scheduled. The work was efficient, clean, and quick. When complete, the area was clean and neat. The servicemen were courteous and friendly and respectful of my property.
