"We are very happy with the work completed by Josh and his teams at 4D Construction. We had two large sections of our home converted to hardie plank siding from cedar. Also, Josh provided us with a roof inspection and maintenance and some repairs. The whole process was seamless and you could tell Josh wanted to ensure we had the best experience, received top quality workmanship and was involved with each step from start to finish. From the initial phone call, on site quote, follow up phone calls and site visits during work, Josh kept in constant communication and we even had a shared Google calendar for the project. The project moved quickly, meaning our day to day schedule had few interruptions. After we had signed the contact for our siding project, we had a branch fall through our roof, I immediately called Josh and he was at our house within an hour. He had a temporary patch on which saved us, as severe rainy days were approaching. Josh and his team took extra good care of us, working on some other roof maintenance needs as described by our insurance provider, repairing the hole from the tree branch while also giving attention to the initial siding project. We will definitely be calling Josh for future projects."

"Within less than 6months of installing our roof, we had a leak that Northpoint had to come back to fix. Then in less than a year and half, the new gutters they installed were overflowing which led to damage to our property that will require repairs of up to 10K. Our entire dining room flooring which had just been newly remodeled, had to be taken off, and the drywall on the adjacent walls ripped off for repairs. We have never had such a terrible experience. First they claimed it was the leafguard which they had recommended placing. So they removed the leaf guard but later found that the downspout from the gutters were also cloggedd due to sediments from the residues of the roof. They agreed to pay for the repairs but once the repairs had began they pulled out claiming that they are not responsible. I have recording and texts to show they were willing to pay and are now trying to find a way out."
