There was a lot to be done phased over 5 days. We had roofers and insulation teams who had to coordinate with an HVAC company for removal of roof vents and rerouting vents to the sides of the house. Then the carpentry and gutters teams wrapped it up end of the week. The work was all performed to our satisfaction on time and on price.

The best roofing contractor I have used over the course of several decade. Good communication with sales, scheduler, and administrative staff. Showed up on-site when scheduled. Maintained adequate staffing on-site. Obviously experienced workers. Used highly rated Owens-Corning materials. Well pleased with workmanship. Roof looked very professional and esthetic when finished.

Everything went great. The work was explained clearly and the results were excellent. They even allowed me to run to Home Depot to get a paint match on the exciting siding so they could repaint the a same color.

Went above and beyond; very through. They were the only ones to quote the project accurately from the start.

Quick inspection and quote provided. Once quote was approved on my end, they scheduled within a week. Rain caused us to reschedule 3 times but they were efficient with notifying us of need to reschedule and when final confirmation came through service was done right away/ next morning.

There is a reason that Findlay Roofing has such a great reputation. Although I had not used this company before, I felt comfortable that there was no need to shop around when I first contacted them for a quote. Findlay's people and level of service have confirmed to me why they are the best choice! Salesman Tim Yandel explained options but never tried to sell me on more than I wanted done. Tim was knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process as painless as possible. Everyone in the office was prompt and knowledgeable in answering my questions before and after the work was done. Special thanks to Repair Manager Nicole Mann, and Heidi Galloway in Accounting, both of whom answered all my questions promptly and with courtesy. The repair crew were great, arrived right on time, got both repair jobs done and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. They communicated well with me before, during and at end of work. Of course I would be glad to refer Findlay Roofing to any family and friends, and if needed would call on them again for future roof or other work.

I'm really disappointed with the response from Findlay Roofing. —had scheduled an appointment, they sent to confirm and then had to reschedule. Was told it was apparently an office scheduling issue. -Set up another appointment and then they cancel the appointment the morning of. They sent a confirmation text then shortly after sent a cancellation request 30 minutes before the appointment time. - Reschedule yet again and when rep comes out, takes no notes, suggests complete replacement of gutters and the gutter guard system. No inspection, measurements etc. wasn’t interested in getting a close look at the gutters or even getting on roof to inspect. 8 days later, no proposal, recommendations or quote for work and I’m the one having to follow up to try to find out what happened. Assuming it just wasn’t either a big enough job or something that, unless I was interested in doing a complete replacement, they weren’t interested in doing or even advising/quoting on. Disappointing and utterly unprofessional! Apparently I wasted my time trying to get help with a project and it bothers that there was no concern for my time.

To fix the leak at my house, Findlay initially took the less invasive step of forging a gap in my drip edge. As soon as I learned that the leak was still present, Findlay sent their warranty team to make advanced repairs at no additional charge. Although Findlay didn't install my current roof, they are now my go to roofer.

From the initial contact, their responsiveness was extraordinary...so much so that I asked if it was automated. I inquired with Findlay via their website late on a Friday and within an hour or so, I got an email from the owner, Steve Findlay. He also copied his sales associate asking them to reach out to me and work with me to accommodate my schedule. It happened so quickly that, again, I thought that it was an automated process. When the representative came to my house for the estimate, he was very professional and had been with Findlay for many years (that's a good sign). He also shared that his is the voice I would hear on the Dave Baker Show on WSB when they feature Findlay Roofing to help homeowners. The work was done timely and they worked with me on the pricing for a very fair value.

Everything went perfect. They quoted, scheduled, and did the work all within a few days. They even send pictures of the progress as the work is being done. No issues at all.

An evaluation and estimate for the work was scheduled for a few days after my call. Heath showed up right on time, explained the situation, answered my questions and emailed me an estimate with everything listed in detail. Jesus showed up a few days after I accepted the proposal while I wasn't there but took pictures of his progress, which I really appreciated. He was also honest; if any plywood under the shingles had to be replaced, I would have been charged $125 for each piece. I would not have known the difference and I have had so many bad experiences lately... so I was very happy!

Since roofing is one of the major maintenance items and it protects all your investments, I obtained 6 bids. Findlay roofing impressed me with the value they offered and the promise of quality and the longest warranty in the business. They delivered a 50 year transferable warranty on a Owens Corning Duration Architectural Roof. I chose them based on an entire system (roof, gutters and covers) on a lowest cost of ownership basis. There were a couple customization items to match existing work. I could not have been happier with the results. Every crew showed up as promised. The coordination was excellent between crafts and crews. Every detail was perfect. We had 50 year old shrubs along the home that required care and not a single stem was harmed. The cleanup was exceptional as well as they left no sign they were. 5 STARS are not enough for Findlay Roofing!

We had a roof leak and had a couple different roofing companies came out. Findlay encouraged me to reach out to my Insurance company as they felt the damage would be covered by insurance. They met with my insurance agent and they came to agreement the entire roof should be replaced and covered by insurance. Findlay was able to schedule the work in less than 1 week (they thought it could be up to 10 days) and also accommodated my color change of the roofing material the day before delivery. The entire roof was replaced in 1 day as committed, and they gave me several days to inspect before requiring payment. I was very happy with the service.
