Findlay Roofing is the Best!! We had 3 different companies come to appraise our roof. We chose Findlay over the others because of their quick response, professional demeanor, great customer service, a thorough and honest appraisal, and quality roofing. Billy Curcio, Brandon Searcy, the office personnel and the roofing crew all gave great service and were on top of everything. The roofing crew were an awesome group of men who worked quickly, very hard, and efficiently as a team. Very impressive!! Quality workmanship!! We heartily recommend Findlay Roofing!

I would give Finlay Six Stars if possible. They don't just talk "Customer Service", it is core to their DNA. Fendly Roofing was the best. They was with me every step of the way. The company made and kept appointments, the crew came to my house on time. The crew also finished the roof on the same day. I would refer The Roof-Roof guys to all of my friends and relatives.

There is a reason that Findlay Roofing has such a great reputation. Although I had not used this company before, I felt comfortable that there was no need to shop around when I first contacted them for a quote. Findlay's people and level of service have confirmed to me why they are the best choice! Salesman Tim Yandel explained options but never tried to sell me on more than I wanted done. Tim was knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process as painless as possible. Everyone in the office was prompt and knowledgeable in answering my questions before and after the work was done. Special thanks to Repair Manager Nicole Mann, and Heidi Galloway in Accounting, both of whom answered all my questions promptly and with courtesy. The repair crew were great, arrived right on time, got both repair jobs done and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. They communicated well with me before, during and at end of work. Of course I would be glad to refer Findlay Roofing to any family and friends, and if needed would call on them again for future roof or other work.

I'm really disappointed with the response from Findlay Roofing. —had scheduled an appointment, they sent to confirm and then had to reschedule. Was told it was apparently an office scheduling issue. -Set up another appointment and then they cancel the appointment the morning of. They sent a confirmation text then shortly after sent a cancellation request 30 minutes before the appointment time. - Reschedule yet again and when rep comes out, takes no notes, suggests complete replacement of gutters and the gutter guard system. No inspection, measurements etc. wasn’t interested in getting a close look at the gutters or even getting on roof to inspect. 8 days later, no proposal, recommendations or quote for work and I’m the one having to follow up to try to find out what happened. Assuming it just wasn’t either a big enough job or something that, unless I was interested in doing a complete replacement, they weren’t interested in doing or even advising/quoting on. Disappointing and utterly unprofessional! Apparently I wasted my time trying to get help with a project and it bothers that there was no concern for my time.

To fix the leak at my house, Findlay initially took the less invasive step of forging a gap in my drip edge. As soon as I learned that the leak was still present, Findlay sent their warranty team to make advanced repairs at no additional charge. Although Findlay didn't install my current roof, they are now my go to roofer.

From the initial contact, their responsiveness was extraordinary...so much so that I asked if it was automated. I inquired with Findlay via their website late on a Friday and within an hour or so, I got an email from the owner, Steve Findlay. He also copied his sales associate asking them to reach out to me and work with me to accommodate my schedule. It happened so quickly that, again, I thought that it was an automated process. When the representative came to my house for the estimate, he was very professional and had been with Findlay for many years (that's a good sign). He also shared that his is the voice I would hear on the Dave Baker Show on WSB when they feature Findlay Roofing to help homeowners. The work was done timely and they worked with me on the pricing for a very fair value.

Everything went perfect. They quoted, scheduled, and did the work all within a few days. They even send pictures of the progress as the work is being done. No issues at all.

Very happy with all aspects of the project from initial planning through the final cleanup. The roof looks fantastic. Cleanup was thorough and very well done. Highly recommend Findlay.

An evaluation and estimate for the work was scheduled for a few days after my call. Heath showed up right on time, explained the situation, answered my questions and emailed me an estimate with everything listed in detail. Jesus showed up a few days after I accepted the proposal while I wasn't there but took pictures of his progress, which I really appreciated. He was also honest; if any plywood under the shingles had to be replaced, I would have been charged $125 for each piece. I would not have known the difference and I have had so many bad experiences lately... so I was very happy!

Since roofing is one of the major maintenance items and it protects all your investments, I obtained 6 bids. Findlay roofing impressed me with the value they offered and the promise of quality and the longest warranty in the business. They delivered a 50 year transferable warranty on a Owens Corning Duration Architectural Roof. I chose them based on an entire system (roof, gutters and covers) on a lowest cost of ownership basis. There were a couple customization items to match existing work. I could not have been happier with the results. Every crew showed up as promised. The coordination was excellent between crafts and crews. Every detail was perfect. We had 50 year old shrubs along the home that required care and not a single stem was harmed. The cleanup was exceptional as well as they left no sign they were. 5 STARS are not enough for Findlay Roofing!

Inspection and work was completed in a timely fashion. Very satisfied!

We had a roof leak and had a couple different roofing companies came out. Findlay encouraged me to reach out to my Insurance company as they felt the damage would be covered by insurance. They met with my insurance agent and they came to agreement the entire roof should be replaced and covered by insurance. Findlay was able to schedule the work in less than 1 week (they thought it could be up to 10 days) and also accommodated my color change of the roofing material the day before delivery. The entire roof was replaced in 1 day as committed, and they gave me several days to inspect before requiring payment. I was very happy with the service.

Findlay Roofing has worked on our roof several times over the years and also our gutters and done an outstanding job every time. We highly recommend Findlay Roofing. Their workmanship is excellent. They are efficient and professional. This company is the best!

I had a section of roof that I wanted reroofed which included replacement of two skylights. I also wanted all the roof vents resealed and a satellite dish removed. The two roofers that performed the work were very professional and used quality materials. They repaired a couple of spots where the sheathing was rotten. I followed them closely through the entire process and I was very impressed with the quality of work performed. I would highly recommend Findlay.

They offered the best value and price of all the quotes I sought to replace my roof. They were prompt through the whole process and worked around the weather to complete the job with going above and beyond expectations. Communications were prompt and informative. Would recommend them to others and would do business again with them should the need arise.

It went great! First crew replaced fascia coverings. Second crew replaced roof in one long 11 1/2 hour day. Third crew replaced gutters and downspouts in one day. Last crew replaced cedar shake decorative siding and painted it. They also finished some outstanding sections of fascia covering. It looks like a new house now! We are so pleased!

Schedule changed 4 times by vendor Doing many townhouses in our subdivision. Got a group cost ? discount. Damage to screens noted by me were quickly removed by vendor and scheduled to bring back
