"Thank you for taking time to review our business. We replaced your roof almost 7 years ago and have no record to date of a call regarding issues with the roof. We can understand how you would mistake the roof as the one causing the problem to your soffit and fascia. However, clogged gutters or gutters not maintained can and will back up water which causes the fascia and soffit boards to rot. This has nothing to do with the roof."
