Sullivan Builders does a great job working with owners to bring your vision to life. They offer good advice throughout the process and their employees and subcontractors are very friendly.

It went very well from planning to completion. Subs were also very good with no issues.

The job was completed in one day with Jeff Sone cordinating and performing the carpenter work that was required. The electricain did a really neat job and made sure the project was completed to my specifications. (Will do separate review on Electrican)

This was a very smooth project from start to finish. This general contractor has a very organized operation, with quality employees. The operation is punctual, professional, and shows great attention to detail. Communication via cell and e-mail is easy and constant throughout the project. The craftsmanship is very good, and we feel the result is excellent and on-budget. I will want to work with Sullivans again when we are ready for the next project.
