"Mark Yates was our first contact with The Patio Room Factory. We were very happy with the way Mark listened to what we wanted and walked around and looked to make sure that what we wanted could be done. Mark did not high pressure us into to getting something that we didn't want but did offer us suggestions that were helpful.
The installers were the next people that we had contact with at The Patio Room Factory and they were very friendly, did there work quickly and cleanly. They removed all of the debris.
We were so happy with our experience the first time that we went ahead and got the rest of the windows done on our home.

"Old carpeting and ceramic tile was torn out of the entire 1st floor and hauled away. This was replaced with hardwood and ceramic tile. This included the living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, entryway, powder room and laundry room. Work and/workers were timely and professional. It was discovered when working in the family room a drainage problem had damaged studs behind the wall. The crew was able to repair and replace, though this was an additional cost."

"From our first meeting until the installer finished, we experienced nothing but professional but personal care. Michael never tried to oversell the project and Tim made sure every detail first met our expectations before installing grab bars, shower head and slide bar. The project required more effort to move water lines than we expected yet the installer never was upset or frustrated.
