Griffin showed me several examples of a tile backsplash. I really liked one of his options and he completed the wok in 3 days. He was very accommodating to my work schedule and I am very happy with the finished product. I will definitely call him for my next project.

Looked around for a flexible flooring company and ended up going with Griffon, most companies I dealt with with only install the tile they sell. Finding a company to work with tile you bought yourself was harder than anticipated and he also allowed us to buy the bulk of the membrane for under the tile so we had extra for our second room (to be done at a later date). He completed the job on time and was very communicative with us during the process bringing up any problems or decisions that most people would like to be involved in. The job was a 600sq foot natural slate room and a 70sq foot laundry room with the same tile with 1/4 spacing and a dark grout. He even came back a month later to apply another coat of sealer at no cost.

Griffin is an absolute dream to work with! Not only is he extremely well-versed in his craft, he is trustworthy, a hard worker, and always gets the job done. If we need a helping hand for any household project, we always turn to Griffin at Twiga Flooring!

Tile repair and install looks great, they were thorough in completing the job and communicated well about what was being done. They were responsive and have good customer service. Would hire again!

We had a wonderful experience with Twiga Flooring! Our project was to get our half bath functional again before the holidays, by replacing the old cheap vinyl with a higher quality luxury vinyl plank. This process also involved replacing the sub flooring that had molded as well as resetting and re-sealing the toilet. Griffin also took time to provide an assessment and short term remedy for another issue we have going on in another bathroom in the home. Now we have more information to take to a plumber about that issue. Griffin and his assistant were very hard working, professional, knowledgable, and considerate of our home. We are very pleased with the outcome and plan on using this company again for future projects!

Griffin was amazing! He and his partner did a wonderful job and we are thrilled. They removed a lot of tile we didnâ t want replaced and made the walls perfectly smooth. The glass subway tile they installed is expertly lined up and has clean lines. We were thrilled with his work and customer service, will definitely seek Twiga for our next project!

We are very satisfied with the way this project turned out. Griffin was clear with the scope of the work and kept us informed along the way. We ran into challenges because of my very old house and Griffin was knowledgeable to find solutions and worked very hard.

The owner Griffin completed my carpet tear out and laminate installation in a highly professional manner. This included him having to spend several unplanned days repairing my original stairs construction defects that we discovered during the carpet tear out process. He did a great job of completing all the work in a timely manner, taking into account the additional determined work. I would recommend Griffin as he analyzed the job well and kept me fully informed of any identified issues along the way. He possesses Excellent Communication Skills and I already have scheduled him to complete some other home repairs work.

Griffin came and put in a new wood floor in my entryway because the laminate that the previous contractor recommended warped quickly. Griffin was honest, very professional, punctual, and hard working. He did not cut corners on my project. He made multiple trips to stores to get my project done. The floor is absolutely wonderful. I am so happy with it. To top it off, he’s just a very pleasant person as well. I will be hiring him again for more work in the future.

He was so nice he even fixed a leaky drain pipe on my bathroom sink for no extra cost. I'll be using him for future home renovations for sure.
