He built a prototype and came to the house to discuss and confirm design options before building it in his workshop (no mess at our house was a plus). Typical of an old house, the installation required custom fitting. He took his time and made sure every detail was right. Mark Yates was our first contact with The Patio Room Factory.  We were very happy with the way Mark listened to what we wanted and walked around and looked to make sure that what we wanted could be done.  Mark did not high pressure us into to getting something that we didn't want but did offer us suggestions that were helpful. 

The installers were the next people that we had contact with at The Patio Room Factory and they were very friendly, did there work quickly and cleanly. They removed all of the debris.
