"They could not use the furnace that was advertised, they had to upgrade. Something about a down flow and up flow. The one being offered was either down flow or up flow, I cant remember, and I needed the other one so they had to upgrade it. I spend several hundred dollars more then that. I thought that they were prompt, the guy that came in explained everything in detail to me, showed me how to install the filter. He created it so I could easily install the filter which I couldn't on the other one. He was patient, took his time, and what was required to do a professional job. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself and was good."

"My furnace would not blow out warm air. The blower would not come on at all. So, I contacted Atlas Butler Heating & Cooling. A technician was sent out to identify and correct the problem. After the technician ran tests to determine the proficiency of the furnace he came to the conclusion that I needed a new furnace; because the heating assembly and blower motor were inoperable, he said. The technician quoted the cost of the heating assembly to be $4,856 and to replace the Blower motor it would cost $1,506. The technician asked me how old was my furnace. I told him my furnace was installed in the year 2000. He then told me that over time, like anything else, things wear out. Not being satisfied with the technicianâ s conclusion I contacted the company SuperTec heating & Cooling for a second opinion. Mr. Cham Kahari came out and looked at my furnace and correctly identified the problem. Mr. Kahari explained to me that I did not need a new furnace. He said replacing the control board will fix the problem. Mr. Kahari replaced the control board and in doing so the furnace was returned its normal operations. I truly appreciate Mr. Kahari coming up with a proper diagnosis. I am grateful to have a normal operating furnace, again. I would gladly recommend Super Tech to anyone who needs a solution for any furnace problems."

"I first contacted Franklin Heating and Cooling in 2015 right after moving to this neighborhood and needed my thermostat replaced. Their pricing was great, the technician was nice and they got the job done right away. I then had low freonagain a few years later and cashed them again. I then started using them fairly regularly, twice a year for maintenance. I did call another company for service at one point and that proved to be a mistake, I reported that company to the BBB. I resumed using Franklin Heating and Cooling and have called them ever since for my HVAC needs. Caleb came out on a Sunday when my blower quit working, he was back first thing Monday to replace it (I was very grateful as I have a health condition). Most recently I decided to have my HVAC system replaced as a preventive measure as my furnace and AC unit were nearly 20 years old. Gary quoted me a great price and was able to get it scheduled within a weeks time. Jeremy and Ryan came out to do the installation and they were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! Jeremy was a life- saver pointing out that we had ductwork that pulled in outside air, but it could be opened and closed as needed. This was in response to my indicating if had some issues even with the air on. Franklin Heating and Cooling are a caring bunch of professionals with great customer service skills and knowledge. "Very happy with AC unit, quieter, house cooler and less humid. Does not run continuously. Old furnace was from mid 60s. Nothing on new unit lined up good with old duct work,to tall,to wide,to short,to narrow. The team not only made it all go together but it looks good too. I'm sure the furnace will perform equally as well when needed."

"Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday. I called JMSM when two of the big names in Columbus couldn't help. He came on time, could access the part when the big names said I would have to wait until Monday, fixed it and was even cheaper. I can't give a high enough recommendation for John. We were looking at waiting 48 hours for a furnace repair, in January, when the high was in the 20s, with kids and a baby, and instead it only took a few hours.
