"I can’t say enough good things about Westin Air and their employees. They are all courteous, professional, punctual and genuinely care about the level of service they provide. I had annual maintenance in October for my gas furnace with no issues reported. In November my furnace would not stay lit so they were called back. The company said I was out of the typical call back service but comped the service fee. Jake was at my house for over an hour trying to duplicate the problem but could not. I could tell he genuinely cared about not being able to reproduce. He gave me some pointers and asked me if it happened again to video the experience and call back. In January the same issue occurred. I called Westin and they were out in about 1.5 hours. Jake was able to diagnose the issue as a lose ground wire causing the safety on the furnace to shut it down. Again, I was not charged for the call back. I highly recommend this company. Note the price I have is approximate. I don’t remember exact cost."

"They could not use the furnace that was advertised, they had to upgrade. Something about a down flow and up flow. The one being offered was either down flow or up flow, I cant remember, and I needed the other one so they had to upgrade it. I spend several hundred dollars more then that. I thought that they were prompt, the guy that came in explained everything in detail to me, showed me how to install the filter. He created it so I could easily install the filter which I couldn't on the other one. He was patient, took his time, and what was required to do a professional job. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself and was good."

"I had a furnace issue and after spending the night using a space heater, needed someone quickly. Cham responded within in a minute of my request. After briefly reviewing the situation over the phone, he was able to come out within the hour, which allowed me to finish a meeting at work and get there. As he worked his way through the furnace parts, he continued to explain each step, while getting my experience of what started the issue. Long story short, he was able to identify the problem with my thermostat. He was able to go out and purchase a new one, and install it, and the house was warmed up in no time. I was able to salvage the remainder of the work day. I have a 22 year + Lennox furnace. While looking for the current problem, he was able to identify a cracked heat exchanger which with the age of the furnace did not surprise me at all. I will be calling Chan to replace my furnace in the spring, no question. Polite, timely, and willing to take the time to walk me through his process."

"Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday. I called JMSM when two of the big names in Columbus couldn't help. He came on time, could access the part when the big names said I would have to wait until Monday, fixed it and was even cheaper. I can't give a high enough recommendation for John. We were looking at waiting 48 hours for a furnace repair, in January, when the high was in the 20s, with kids and a baby, and instead it only took a few hours.
