"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Shenandoah Shutters began serving the Richmond, VA area in 1990. As demand for our product grew, so did our service area. In the late 1990’s we began providing shutters to the Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland area. In 2003 we branched towards the beach area, servicing Virginia Beach, Tidewater and Hampton Roads. Currently our shutters cover the entire states of Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Washington DC, and Northern North Carolina. 13 employees. No subs. Cost is determined by the job. The company communicated with us on every step of the process and the custom shutters were ready earlier than expected. The shutters are gorgeous! Antietam Roofing is a professional full service roofing contractor located in Keedysville, Maryland. We can usaully fix large leaks on your home without costly roof replacement. We always do permanent roof repairs not bandages. At Antietam Roofing we can help make your home water proof. We will make your roof replacement a smooth and enjoyable process.

"Jesse was very responsive and performed a quick repair after a windstorm to prevent further damage while we were preparing for a full roof replacement. His proposal was very competitive and thorough. Jess kept us up to date on the schedule and when the team would be available to complete the work. They arrived around 7:30am, brought extra people and worked late to complete the full roof replacement in one day due to rain that was forecasted for overnight. This included ripping off all of the old shingles and tar paper, repairing some damaged sheathing, replacing all of the drip edge, tar paper, ice guard, and new architectual shingles. During the installation, the team accidentally dented one piece of the fascia and Jesse replaced it at no cost immediately. I would highly recommend Jesse and his team if you are considering a roof repair or full replacement. Very professional, responsive, and competitive on their pricing."

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
