There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

Recommend anyone contemplating work obtaiin all necessary permits BEFOREHAND! We were in limbo for a month waiting for the permit and inspection. After the work was done, the inspector refused to inspect until the plumbing permit was obtained. JES demanded partial payment and we could not use the back half of our basement for about a month."
