Then they got straight to work, and finished up in 2.5 hours repairing over 20 spots throughout the house at the corners of doors and closets and on the steps where our cats had clawed the carpets over the years. The work was excellent and professional and the cost was exactly what they quoted over the phone with no surprises. Mr. Scoggins and his helper were very polite and friendly and willingly explained the repair process and answered all our questions about subsequent care for the repaired areas.
