"Although the work done and the crew demeanor were excellent, JES had failed to obtain a plumbing permit beforehand as required by the county. Recommend anyone contemplating work obtaiin all necessary permits BEFOREHAND! We were in limbo for a month waiting for the permit and inspection. After the work was done, the inspector refused to inspect until the plumbing permit was obtained. JES demanded partial payment and we could not use the back half of our basement for about a month."

He called back immediately and said he'd be there within the hour. He showed up when he said he would, politely introduced himself and his assistant, and went right to work. Not only did they resolve the blockage, they discovered the break in the pipe that caused the problem. These two guys worked like a well-oiled machine. They were focused, efficient, and professional; they explained everything they were doing; and they treated my 94-year-old mother like a queen! I'd hire these guys back in a minute! They are superb professionals!"
